The border is SU's scalloped punch. The image is from TGF's Miss Anya's Hats Off, colored in copic markers, then mounted with dimensionals. The sentiment is from Michael's dollar bin and stamped in Jet Black Staz-On.

Hi April. I love this card and I think your color combo looks fantastic! I am always so jealous when people have a Michaels around them. I don't have one anywhere near me, and our Walmart for some reason does NOT sell stamps like everyone elses. I mention this, as I just LOVE your dollar bin stamp.
