Duck Tape clutch

I found this cute idea for a duck tape clutch on Pinterest.  She has a very easy to follow tutorial.  I love the simplicity and wanted something small to carry any necessities without running around with a purse.  All you need is a sheet of felt, a roll of duck tape, a velcro closure, and about 15 minutes.  I found the anchor and Mickey tapes at Michaels.  I added a vinyl Mickey from some scraps and my icon punch.
