Kissy Wedding

I am back!  Honestly, I will probably be spending more time desperately trying to catch up the kids scrapbooks, but I couldn't resist doing this card.  I am the plus one for my BFF to her friend's wedding, of which she is a bridesmaid.  Her colors are pink, purple and yellow, as part of a beach-y theme.  I am also entering it in TGF's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge
The base is Whisper White cut at 5 1/4" x 10 1/2" with layers of Pawsitively Prints and Wisteria Wonder from SU.  The border is lacy scallop from Martha Stewart.  The image is TGF's Kissy Kissy digi, colored with copic markers and spica pen, then mounted with dimensionals.  A secret for clean edges when you cut out your image is...use a non-bleeding liner pen to color over the edges.  Super simple, but does take a little time.  The ribbon is white organza and I used a bit of white baker's twine to sew the little love charm.  My use something old from my stash is the wedding rings.  I love them and found them ages ago, but have only used them once, leaving the rest to sit and collect dust.  What a shame!
The inside sentiment is from SU's Word Play and says "Happy I Do Day!"
Sorry if the photo is a little wonky...my new craft room has flourescent lighting and no windows.  I just got my first Ott light and used it for the pic, but the combo of the two different lighting is something I am still working the kinks out of.
Thanks for sticking by me during the move and for looking!  Your comments keep my creating!  April
