Rock Star

This is for my BIL's birthday and for Anyone for Anya's stitching challenge
Directions for the pop-up card can be found on Splitcoast Stampers.  Papers are Bo Bunny's Mamarazzi and DCWV's Tattered Time.  I stitched around the edge of the tag on my sewing machine, but the bobbin ran out, so I reused the holes and did it by hand.  It is double thick, but it looks kinda cool too.  The image is TGF's Later Skater and is colored in watercolor pencil on Whisper White.  I don't like how it blends on the WW, it almost blends better on regular copier cardstock.  The guitar is from SU's Grunge Rock and is printed on Whisper White with Momento Tuxedo Black.  The sentiment is Inkadinkadoo and is printed in Jet Black Staz-On on Very Vanilla, then chalked with Chestnut Roan cat's eye.  I used a scrap of Basic Grey at the top of the tag to make the shank.  The ribbons are Night of Navy from SU, black plaid from Michael's, and the music ribbon is specialty printed from a LSS.  I ripped a Tim Holtz journalling ticket to print the Happy Birthday sentiment, and used the tiny attacher.  I used left over pieces of jute twine to tie off the ribbon.  The center of the music ribbon is tied with twine, then layered with a black button gem.  Thanks for looking!  April
Update:  I won the Anyone for Anya Challenge!  See the list and the new challenge here!
