Color Splash

This is for Stamptacular Sunday's "seeing double" challenge and TGF's WOW Color Splash challenge.  I technically missed the deadline, but I am still posting...my bad!

So the base is SU's new in color Pool Party.  Other papers include basic black and the patterned paper is Paper Studio from HL.  I cut the two inside pieces from Nestabilities.  The image is Dressy Camille from TGF and is colored in watercolor pencil and Pool Party ink.  I added a little pearl to the middle of her dress, then used a watercolor pencil to shadow around the edges, without blending, then mounted it on dimensionals.  I used scraps to punch 3/16" pieces for the skittles and adhered with liquid glass.  Last, I added a black satin ribbon.  I chose to leave the sentiment off for now, so I can use it for whatever later.  Thanks for looking!  April
